About LP Drinks Co.
LP Drinks Co. is a creative beverage agency that partners with global hospitality brands to design unforgettable drinking experiences rooted in culture, storytelling, and innovation. From experiential cocktail strategy to full-scale bar program development, we collaborate with world-class clients to elevate every pour.
We’re looking for a driven, organized, and creatively minded Beverage Strategy Manager to join our team.
About the Role
This isn’t your average beverage ops job. As our Beverage Strategy Manager, you’ll work across global markets to ensure that our creative vision can be executed with precision, no matter the location. You'll be the operational backbone of our beverage programs, managing everything from ingredient sourcing to implementation planning across upcoming project launches.
You’ll be working directly with our founder, award-winning mixologist LP O’Brien, as well as cross-functional teams from some of the most exciting names in the global hospitality scene.
Key Responsibilities
Ingredient & Brand Procurement: Work with suppliers and distributors to source specified ingredients across multiple international markets (e.g. US, UK, EU, etc.).
Global Scalability: Identify and resolve sourcing roadblocks in advance of launches, suggesting smart substitutions that retain creative and sensory integrity.
Menu Feasibility & Rollouts: Partner with beverage strategy leads to review specs for execution viability; ensure all ingredients and equipment are in-market and accessible.
Vendor Management: Build relationships with global and regional vendors; negotiate pricing, lead times, and continuity of supply.
Logistics Oversight: Track and coordinate order timelines, manage shipping challenges, and flag potential disruptions before they become a problem.
Documentation & Organization: Maintain clear records of sourcing alternatives, distributor contacts, and procurement timelines for all active projects.
Client Collaboration: Liaise with client-side teams to support beverage launches, troubleshoot sourcing issues, and reinforce LP Drinks Co.’s standards of excellence.
Innovation Partner: Be part of the creative process and help us find that obscure bitter, source the perfect glassware, or vet that new non-alc line everyone’s buzzing about.
You’re a Fit If You:
Have 4+ years of experience in beverage operations, bar program management, or procurement in the hospitality or F&B sector
Have worked across multiple markets or have international sourcing experience
Are deeply organized and can juggle timelines, spreadsheets, and Slack messages without breaking a sweat
Understand what makes a great cocktail program and care about ingredient integrity and guest experience
Have a strong network of distributors, vendors, or a knack for finding what others say “can’t be found”
Love the intersection of creativity and logistics, you make the impossible possible
Are a clear communicator who knows how to navigate different personalities and keep projects on track
Thrive in a startup-like environment and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience with new venue openings
Have worked with beverage agencies, brand partners, or franchise groups
Are familiar with high-energy experiential hospitality spaces
Speak multiple languages or have worked in cross cultural teams
Why LP Drinks Co.?
Work directly with globally recognized talent and brands
Be part of a small, passionate, high-impact team shaping the future of beverage culture
Flexibility in how and where you work
Room for rapid growth as we expand into new markets and partnerships
And above all…be part of something bold, thoughtful, and built on real integrity
